We are selling fifteen thousand (15,000) investment interests at $16.00 per interest for 60% distribution of Net Profits total or 0.6% per investment interest.

Investor shall be paid 100% of all net profits received from The Dream Motel season 2 subscription plan income on the Hometown Stream platform until their investment plus 20% ($48,000) is paid back ($288,000). After the investment is paid the Investor will receive 60% of the net profits received from The Dream Motel season 2 subscription plan income on the Hometown Stream platform for a period of six (6) months and shall not exceed a total of twelve (12) months from release date, after which Investor ownership of investment interests will revert to Rossetti Productions.

USE OF PROCEEDS

The Investment interests of this offering will be $240,000 in cash such amounts will be utilized approximately as follows:

Production costs: $140,000

a.     First milestone: Above-the-Line production budget amount: $100,000

b.    Second milestone: Legal and Accounting: $40,000

Promotion and marketing costs: $100,000

a.     First milestone: Marketing agency: $20,000

b.    Second milestone: Ad buys: $80,000
